Returns and Refunds Policy

In accordance with European Union legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

How to arrange a return: Please contact us by email within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. Once confirmed, we will provide you with the address to which the goods should be sent.

Return conditions: The goods must be in their original packaging, unused and in the same condition as when you received them. The cost of return postage is borne by the customer unless the goods are faulty.

Refund: Once we have received and inspected the goods, we will notify you of the status of your return. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 working days.

Exceptions: Items that, for hygiene reasons, cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened (e.g. pet food, litter, pet hygiene products) are not eligible for return.
